Foods to Frequent

Good foods I can eat as often as I like:

  1. Oats (I usually have 1/2 to 1 cup a day in a breakfast shake)
  2. Nuts (I don’t eat these enough because of cost)
  3. Seeds, especially Flax seed (I eat this as ground meal in my breakfast shake)
  4. Lentils (I like lentil soup; maybe there are other ways I would like this.)
  5. Eggs (I usually eat 2 or 3 hard-boiled yokes a day.)
  6. Tuna (I love tuna-fish!  I should let myself have it twice a week!)
  7. Beans
  8. Dark green veggies (I never have enough of these.)
  9. Avocado (Yum!  I need to indulge in these more often!)
  10. Olives (I have never met an olive I didn’t like!  Need more of these!)
  11. Berries (I should keep my freezer stocked w/ red berries for whenever I can’t get them fresh.)
  12. Apples (One a day!)
  13. Grapefruit (When I can get these in season, I should indulge frequently!)
  14. Bananas (I usually have 1 each day in my breakfast shake.)
