  1. I value Being more than Having.
  2. I know what is important vs. unimportant.
  3. I know what is sufficient vs. excessive.
  4. I know what is necessary vs. inconsequential.
  5. I make great decisions regarding my belongings, purchases, and commitments.
  6. I set reasonable goals, remembering that my first priority is my well-being.
  7. I am ready, willing, and able to change my relationship with clutter.
  8. I choose to be clutter-free: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
  9. I affirm Grace & wholeness; I don’t need to hoard or control things.
  10. I gratefully accept “what is;” I celebrate the reality of Here & Now.
  11. I let go of what I no longer need; I celebrate I am lighter, freer!
  12. With every item I release, I create space in my life for more joy and energy!
  13. I savor what is important to me; I don’t need more; I am content.
  14. I make my surroundings beautiful, harmonious, ordered, and serene.
  15. I define and set my own boundaries, not yielding to external pressure.
  16. I am grateful for the gift of time, so I use it wisely.
  17. I don’t need to accept any new commitments; I may say no.
  18. I am grateful for my personal growth; my pace suits me.
  19. I acknowledge and celebrate all my victories, small and large.
  20. I thank God for everything, esp that all can work together for good…
  21. I choose to be happy.
